Our founder, Kim Bozeman, SHRM-SCP (She/Her), is a Senior Human Resources Professional with 20+ years of professional experience in operations & human resources. Kim holds a BA in Political Science from California State University Stanislaus and certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the workplace from the University of Southern Florida Business school. Kim obtained experience in the private and public sector by working for the following corporations: Caltrans, Starbucks, Blue Shield of California, Constellation Brands, SBC Wireless, and Comcast, formerly TCI Cable. Kim is actively involved in her community and an advocate for social justice and is the Deputy Director of the Voter Access Project, the 1st Vice-President for the San Joaquin County Women’s League of Voters. Kim also advocates for small businesses with the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council.
